In May 2021 Sanwo-Olu led the administration unveiled 500 minibuses for intra-city transportation, these 500 shuttle buses, known as First and Last Mile (FLM), are the first phase of the planned 5,000 mini buses aimed at boosting the transportation system in Lagos State.
