The private jet industry where people with a lot of money are desperate to get out of in some cases, get back to their pets.

During the coronavirus People still can’t travel because of the pandemic, but animals can. One British family who was stuck in Switzerland was able to fly their six-month-old labrador puppy from London to them. In a private jet.

“They missed it when it was in their home in Belgravia with seven staff,” says Charles Robinson, the founder of JustJet, which organized the reunion.

The trip involved a Phenom 300 eight-seater jet and dog-handling teams at both the London and St. Moritz airports, as well as a stop in Zurich to make sure the dogs were okay to travel. In total, the trip cost about £10,000 ($12,720).

“The owners then met their four-legged friend on the tarmac of St. Moritz airport and went home to their alpine retreat,” says Robinson.

Pet owners can book a seat for their pets on a plane, allowing them to sit comfortably and travel in style.
