Seyi Law goes by the full name of Lawerence Oluwaseyitan Aletile. He was born on the 22nd of June 1983 in Ilaje, Ondo State, in the South-Western part of Nigeria. Seyi Law did his primary education in Okitipupa, Cross River State, and later moved to Ekiti State Government College and later Methodist Boys High School, Victoria Island, Lagos, for secondary school. After secondary school, Seyi obtained a Diploma in Computer Studies from the Lagos State Polytechnics.

Seyi Law revealed that he came from a poor background. At some point, the celebrity noted that he had to sell fish in the Makoko market in Lagos and equally worked as a casual worker with PZ Plc. Later on, he relocated to Orile, in Lagos, to live with his brother to operate a business centre selling recharge cards and making phone calls. It was there that Seyi discovered his talent before deciding to participate in AY talents hunts which eventually brought him to the limelight.

Seyi Law started his career in comedy in 2006 and quicked became the Master of Ceremony, performing in various events centres and concerts in Nigeria. He rose to fame after participating in and winning the AY Open MicComedy Challenge Competition. Since then, he has featured in several shows and concerts across Nigeria and abroad.

Seyi Law is the founder of the comedy “I Must Laugh.” The skilful, creative, and high-talented comedian is also a Nollywood actor and has starred in various movies like My Wife & I and Prophet Nebu, among many others.

Through his acting and comedy career, Seyi has won awards like:
