“Na dat IPOB video threat make dem dey do this abi wetin”: Social Media Users React The Moment Series Of Armoured Vehicles Were Spotted Entering Lagos State

A recent online video shows the moment over ten fully-loaded military armoured vehicles were spotted entering Lagos State. The vehicles had Nigerian military men filled in them, and they moved in a particular order as they entered the city.

The vehicles are all painted in the regular colour of Nigerian armoured vehicles. From social media comments, it’s obvious that these armoured vehicles were sent to enter the city.

Since the video surfaced online, many social media users have reacted with fear even though no one understands why a troop of armoured vehicles was entering Lagos.

  1. These comments are childish. So troops cannot move without people reading meanings to it. They probably went on a night exercise and were returning to base. There are military formations all over Lagos from ikoyi to Apapa, Yaba, Surulere, Oshodi, Ikeja, Ojo etc. Even if it is a show of force, what is wrong with letting citizens know they have protection
