The 2024 Mercedes CLA has just been unveiled and given a fresh new look. That’s not all; it also gets improved tech and powertrain upgrades. They’re similar updates to what was seen on the mechanically-related A-Class towards the back end of 2022.

The 2024 Mercedes CLA gets very slight styling revisions, which include a redesigned lower front bumper and revised grille that uses Mercedes’s trademark star pattern.

The LED “High Performance” headlights have a new graphic signature inside the lamps and are now fitted to all CLA models as standard. At the back, Mercedes’ designers have tweaked the diffuser, too.
Mercedes will also offer the refreshed CLA models in two new colours, “Hyper Blue” and “Spectral Blue,” and three additional 19-inch wheel designs. On the inside, the 2024 Mercedes CLA now has a 10.25-inch screen for the instrument cluster and infotainment systems.
The German automaker has also introduced new “comfort seats” trimmed in artificial leather and made from 100 per cent recycled fabric. You no longer have to fork out all the options, as the new CLA comes with more equipment as standard.
The equipment list includes a reversing camera and advanced LED headlights with high beam assist, which is rather handy. The Driver Assistance Package has been updated to improve the steering control for the lane-keeping assist system.
Same as before, the 2024 Mercedes CLA will be available in a four-door coupe Bodystyle and Shooting Brake Bodystyle.
Petrol engines now benefit from a 48-volt mild-hybrid system to allow for a smoother response and bring fuel savings. There’s even a plug-in hybrid option, the CLA 250s, which has a slightly more powerful electric motor with faster charging available as an option, too.
35 and 45 AMG versions continue to be offered on the CLA, both of which benefit from new upholstery, with the 35 getting the same mild-hybrid system as non-AMG models. There’s also the special-edition “AMG Street Style Edition,” with a matte “Moutain Grey” paint job and fluorescent detailing inside and out.

Mercedes has not yet announced the price of the 2024 Mercedes CLA. But, the price of the car is expected to increase compared to the older model’s price.
