Lagos State is one of the most populous cities in Africa, and even in Nigeria yet one of the smallest in size. It was once the capital of Nigeria, but the capital was changed to Abuja. This extends to bringing every resident of the state to a whole new level of sanity and punishment for breaking Lagos traffic rules.
