While we don’t expect the 2023 model to be different from the 2022 model, Toyota has added some interesting new updates. There’s the presence of new standards, features, and new colours.
Even though the overall layout will remain the same, it’s been improved to become an excellent off-roader, which comes with a whole load of standard and available off-road equipment. It’s returning as a super luxurious SUV with high-quality interiors, refined powertrain, and excellent ride quality.
The 2023 model will be the second production year of the current Land Cruiser generation. It’ll come with the updated adaptive variable suspension for quality rides. The on-road quality will be made smoother than ever. All the trims will come with four-wheel drive, centre locking, terrain camera view, and many other off-road features.
The recent redesign of the 2022 model comes with a new powertrain lineup. The V8 units were replaced with smaller and more efficient V6 engines. Speculations that the engine will come with a 2.4-litre turbo-four with 275 horsepower. Some speculation also says it could come in the base trim. Toyota is still silent about this.
