The Highest Trim Level Of The 2023 Honda Accord
For the 2023 Honda Accord model, the Honda Accord Touring is the highest trim level anyone can choose, and it has a starting price of over ₦30 million. You also get a lot from the vehicle when you choose this trim level.
The Accord Touring comes standard with the Google built-in feature, including apps like Google Assistant, Google Maps, and more on Google Play. The Touring also comes with a three-year unlimited data plan.
Inside the Touring, there’s a customizable 6-inch head-up display, a 12.3-inch colour touchscreen display, a 12-speaker Bose sound system with Bose Centerpoint technology, heated and ventilated front seats, and heated outboards rear seats. The Touring also comes with 19-inch black wheels, giving the Touring a more aggressive look.
The 2023 Accord Touring Has A More Powerful Powertrain Than Other Trim Levels
In addition to the new tech features the car came with on the inside, the 2023 Honda Accord Touring comes with some added tech features on the outside of the car. The Accord Touring 2023 has a beefed-up hybrid powertrain that starts with a 2.0-litre Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine.
There’s also a two-motor electric system that finishes off the drivetrain, and altogether, the system puts out 204 horsepower and 247 lb-ft of torque.
Regarding fuel efficiency, the 2023 Accord Touring can achieve up to an EPA-estimated 46 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway. These numbers are reduced compared to the 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid model.
The 2023 Honda Accord Touring Is Not The Most Fuel-Efficient Trim Level
Surprisingly, the apex trim level of the 2023 Accord is not the most fuel-efficient. The Accord EX-L trim is the best option if you want something more fuel efficient. It utilizes the same powertrain as the Touring, but it’s a little lighter and has smaller wheels beneath its fenders.
With those smaller and lighter wheels, the EX-L trim has a large fuel efficiency jump. According to the EPA, the 2023 Accord EX-L can get up to 51 mpg in the city and 44 mpg than the Touring trim. The EX-L trim is also slightly cheaper than the Touring, with a starting price of about ₦25 million.
That’s a far lower price than the Touring trim level. But, apart from fuel efficiency, if you want everything that the all-new Accord offers, the top trim level is the one you should buy.
