Modern cars are full of distractions, especially when the phone is connected to Apple CarPlay or Andriod Auto. These devices require attention which takes the eyes of the driver off the road. Now, Google is working on a device that’ll solve that problem.

This new system will tell drivers to concentrate and continue driving when they try to change a song. While drivers can also switch off the device, Google wants to bypass that by blocking your phone, so you don’t get distracted.

Google is treating this as a matter of safety. So, it means this new Andriod Auto will basically tell you what to do.

When Will The Google New Device For Cars Be Ready?

Google has yet to specify when the device will start rolling into cars. However, Google just recently filed a patent for the device, and more will be known about it soon.
