A beautiful vintage Rolls Royce owned by a member of the rock band is up for sale. The owner of the 1974 Rolls Royce is no other than Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of the rock band Queen.
Well, the beautiful-looking Rolls Royce owner is not flipping the car to make a profit but rather to foster charity. 100% of the cars that proceed are said to be sent as aid for the victims of the Ukraine-Russia war.

The question now is how much could this car cost?
Although relatively old, the car is still spotless, painted in Silver Chalice with blue leather upholstery for the interior.
Inside, the car still has the original in-car phone and the stereo system with a cassette deck, both of which still work.

Indeed, the owner of the vehicle has carefully looked after it, but it has never been modified in any way. Everything is entirely vintage.
It makes the car rare because it is difficult to find a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow from the 1970s still in a factory mode condition today.
Under the hood, there’s a Rolls-Royce iconic 6.75-litre V8 engine. It is still in good condition, but the listing clearly states it will “require comprehensive mechanical inspection once purchased.”

That’s definitely expected, considering the age.
The owner, Freddie Mercury, absolutely loved his Rolls-Royce. He even sang a song about it in 1975 in the song “I’m in Love With My Car.”
However, he never drove it as he never had a driving license. The car was inherited by Freddie Mercury’s sister, Kashmira Cooke, and Freddie’s death. She mostly drove it around Tanzania, where she lived at the time.

The car was sold in 2013 to Ukrainian actor and singer Andriy Danylko for $84,000.
Now, the car is available at an auction, and 100% of the selling price will go toward a charity organization providing aid to Ukrainian war victims.
