This video that surfaced online reveals how badly the residents of Asaba, Delta state, are handling the results of the fuel price hike in the country. People are no longer driving their cars. Keke Napeps have taken over the city of Asaba.

The video was shared by a young man who stated his surprise at the number of Keke Napep spotted on the streets of Asaba. For over five minutes that the video went on, no car was spotted on the road, except Keke riders.

Many people who have since seen the video have blamed the increase in fuel prices as the resulting factor. The belief is that many car owners in Asaba have dumped their vehicles at home to save cost on the increasing price of fuel.
