As of Thursday, December 02, 2021, according to the data at the FMDQ Security Exchange where forex is traded officially, the exchange rate between the naira and the US dollar began at ₦413.94 per dollar on Thursday after it closed at ₦415.07 to a dollar on Wednesday, 1st December 2021.

According to sources at Bureau De Change, The exchange rate for $1 to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) for Thursday, December 2nd sells at ₦558 per dollar.
Take note that the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) does not recognize the black market as it has directed people who want to engage in Forex to go to their respective banks.
