Cubana Chief Priest was born on 2nd April 1981, in Umuhu Okabia, in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo state, he is the second son of his parents, and he was raised in Umuhu Okabia, in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo state, and later joined his father in Aba, Abia state where he learned how to make shoes, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu never gave up in Shoe business, according to him, he made his first 1million naira from shoemaking during his school days in Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, growing up in the company of his siblings.

The Club Xhrine boss has worked with some A-list music artists in Nigeria, such as Davido, Peruzzi, Burna Boy, and others. But he seemed to show a special recognition to a particular musician, Davido, who he said changed his life. On August 19, 2018, Davido came to Owerri with Chioma, his fiancee, to perform, and the occasion brought a massive crowd to the Cubana Grand Hotel, Owerri.
