Check out the top 5 new SUV Cars Launching Soon —Toyota, Maruti, Mahindra

Each month there are several new cars companies keep releasing. Of these cars, not too many people in Nigeria get to hear about them. Even though they might not be found in Nigeria after release, it is still essential to have a clue about some of the automobiles that’ll be entering the car market soon.

It’s almost as though Toyota is constantly releasing new cars. The brand’s next car to be released soon is the all-new Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, announced on 16th August 2022.

The SUV model lineup will come equipped with four trims—E, S, G and V. There will also be two hybrid powertrains—NeoDrive and Hybrid. The AWD system will only be available with the NeoDrive variants. The Toyota Hyryder will be available in 7 single-tone and four dual-tone colour schemes.

Another SUV coming out soon is the New-Gen Alto that the company has announced will be coming out in a few weeks. Its official launch date, however, is yet to be announced. The hatchback will grow and witness sweeping design changes and feature upgrades. The new 2022 Maruti Alto will be available in 11 variants, powered by a 9988cc naturally aspirated K10C petrol engine.

The SUV will offer both manual and AMT gearboxes. The hatchback will receive a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and new goodies.

There’s also the MG ZS EV Excite electric SUV to look forward to. This newer version will receive a newer variant with a bigger battery pack. According to a leaked document, the entry-level Excite variant will be offered with the 50.3kWh battery promising a claimed range of 461km on a full charge.

The battery pack of this new EV Excite car is to be charged through a standard power socket in 18-19 hours and 8.5-9 hours via a fast charger.

Although the chances of finding this car in Nigeria are slim, this Mahindra Scorpio Classic SUV has started arriving at car dealerships. The updated SUV now has two available variants—S3+ and S11. All variants will derive power from the 132bhp, 2.2L turbo diesel engine coupled with the RWD system.

Also on that list is Tata motors Tata Tiago NRG which the company has confirmed it will roll out a new affordable variant of the Tiago NRG in the coming weeks. This new variant will be referred to as a Tiago NRG XT; this new model will likely offer features such as a height-adjustable driver’s seat, vanity mirror on the passenger side, rear parcel shelf, and blackened-out B-pillar.

Conclusion

Aside from these few SUVs, there are other SUV rides that their companies are yet to announce their release date. Especially with many companies getting set to release their 2023 cars, there are certainly more SUVs to expect.
