ASUU Calls Off Strike, Year 1 Student Returns To School With An Expensive Benz & Bouncer

A certain TikTok video of a Nigerian student who has recently resumed school following the call off of the ASUU strike has stirred online reactions. 

The student, who is a year one student at the University of Port Harcourt, returned to continue the academic year that was suspended since February in style. The video has sparked a lot of reactions online.

Videos of the student arriving at the school premises and coming out from his new Mercedes-Benz while a bouncer opened the door for him were shared on TikTok.

Since being shared on TikTok, the video has gotten almost 560 thousand views with many comments like, “already displaying empty brain by going to school with a bouncer, I hope he invests his stolen money because it won’t last.”

Another comment said, “Lecturer, go still give am carryover.”

While this video has stirred a lot of reactions, a counter video has also surfaced online. The student in question, who is believed to be in year one and a student of UniPort, claims he came to school only to make a comedy skit
