All Lamborghini Cars Have Been Sold Out Until 2024

Yes, Lamborghini has sold out all of its entire production until early 2024. This means that all the Lamborghini cars to be delivered between 2023 and early 2024 are already sold cars, and you can’t order any more cars because all the slots have been taken.

That’s insane, considering we are currently battling a global economic situation.

The notice about the selling out was announced by its boss on Tuesday. He noted that the brand is enjoying high demands and has its order book covering 18 months, CEO Stephan Winkelmann said.

Despite the global financial crisis from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, wealthy customers are still flocking to buy expensive cars from the brand.

“We have more and more stepping into Lamborghini. Because they trust the brand, they see how beautiful the cars are, how high performing they are,” Winkelmann said.

He continued, “the global economy only has to stay a bit stable for that to continue.”

The extended order times are also the resulting factor in the shortage of components, particularly chips needed for new electric models.

However, Lamborghini plans a hybrid version of each model by 2024 and the first fully electric Lamborghini in the decade’s second half.

Winkelmann notes, “this is a lot in just two years, and the company is doing as much as we can, as fast as we can, to keep everything updated and rolling positively.”

Earlier this month, Lamborghini reported the best half-year in its history with skyrocketed sales and profits.

Its operating margin reached 32 per cent while operating profit jumped to 425 million euros on 5,090 cars sold.
