Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is the Lead Pastor and founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly popularly known as COZA. He is a classic pastor well known for his good looks, well-trimmed beards and his love for designer wears like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi etc; little wonder he is referred to as the Gucci Pastor by some.
Born on the 1st of January, 1976 in Kwara state, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo spent most of his years in Kwara.
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo Education
Having completed his primary and secondary school education, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo proceeded to the University of Ilorin where he had his first tertiary education. Sadly, when he was in the 300 level, Biodun Fatoyinbo was rusticated from the campus for participating in cult-related activities.
In 2017, a viral video emerged of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo’s involvement in cult activities. He confirmed this as an act he was involved in before he gave his life to Christ. He conceded that he was the chief priest of the Black Axe confraternity which led to his expulsion from school.
However, reports also had it that he later went on to the University of Benin to complete his university education.

In 1999, he started the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) is a small church with few pastors and followers. Today, COZA has grown to become a mega-church with over 20,000 members across its four major branches in Ilorin, Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Dubai. The Ilorin branch started in 1999, Abuja in 2008, Lagos in 2012, Port Harcourt in 2016 and Dubai in 2017. The church has experienced huge expansion since its inception and continues to record increasing progress.
Asides from his pastoral life, the charismatic preacher is also a good singer and plays the guitar well. Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo also owns a music brand named Gratitude. His music brand won the UK Gospel Touch Music as a result of its hit single ‘Raba Raba Eh”.

Interestingly, he has always vehemently refuted all allegations and somehow wriggles free of them all. In fact, the Abuja court case raised against him by Busola Dakolo was dismissed in November 2019 with Busola Dakole fined 1 million NGN for wasting the court’s time.
