After completing her secondary school education, she went on to study Psychology at Imo State University. She graduated from Imo State University in 2014 when she was just 21, and soon after, she began a career as a video vixen.

She won season 4 of Big Brother Naija in October 2019, becoming the first woman to win the reality show. On March 14, 2020, Eke received the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award for Best Dressed Female.
