Gaius Chibueze, professionally known as Bitcoin Chief, is a 34-year-old born on the 3rd of March 1988 in Ikom, Cross River State, in the South-South region of Nigeria. He originally hails from Enugu State in the South-Eastern region of Nigeria. 

He attended the Government Science School Agbokim Waterfall in Enugu State. He was also a student of the College of Education, Akamkpa Cross River State. He moved to the National Open University of Nigeria for his university education, where he studied Business administration. 

He is currently married to his wife, Kevin Oluchi Chibueze whom he has two children, Russell Ikemba Chibueze and Chimaroke Ekun Chibueze.

Gaius Chibueze started his early life as a rapper known as “Sosoflow.” He performed in many Calabar and Enugu shows while trying to break into the music industry. He once pointed out that he and his crew once slept on the bare floor while waiting to audition for the Calabar Carnival performance, which they never qualified for.

He continued his music career while also selling shoes on the side. In 2016, he wrote a book that was later halted for private reasons. The Association of Nigerian bloggers also awarded him the title of “Most Popular Nigerian on social media” in 2016.

He later wrote two books titled “How Bitcoin Changed My Life” and “Get Rich Off The Net” and sold over 5,000 copies on Amazon.

In 2019, the Bitcoin Chief launched his cryptocurrency coin TATCOIN Digital currency, which raised $1.2 million for its pre-sale. He is the originator and CEO of ABiT Mobile Applications Limited, the tech organization that creates blockchain and crypto-powered solutions focusing on the African youth. The company diversifies into three brand organizations;
