The 2023 Kia Forte offers two engine options: a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine (147 horsepower) and a turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine (201 horsepower). The Forte doesn’t have an all-wheel drive system, unlike the Corolla. All the Forte models are front-wheel drives.

The starting price for the 2023 Forte is $19,490 for the LX trim and up to $24,190 for the GT trim. The official price list of the 2023 Corolla isn’t out yet, but it will be slightly higher than the price of the 2022 model, which was $20,425 for the L trim and $28,710 for the APEX XSE trim. However, the L trim will not be joining the 2023 Corolla as it’s been replaced with the LE trim, which had a starting price of $20,875 in the 2022 model.

 Looking at the Forte and Corolla, the Corolla has more advantages over the Forte. It has better advantages in performance, availability of an all-wheel drive system, hybrid gas mileage, safety, hatchback cargo space, and a free maintenance plan.

The only advantage of the Forte is in passenger and cargo space and the warranty coverage. So, the 2023 Corolla beats the 2023 Kia Forte.
