The striking 2021 Lexus LC500 Convertible is just about to go on sale for this summer and we finally have new pricing info. The Convertible will start off at 40 Million naira while the limited edition Inspiration Series, just 100 units, starts at 47 million naira. The limited edition is painted in Structural Blue, a painting taking years of development using the incredible biology of a butterfly wing.
The LC500’s engine remains unchanged and that’s not necessarily a bad thing as the glorious sounding 5.0L n/a V8 puts out 471HP and 398 lb-ft of torque through the revised 10 speed gearbox to the rear wheels. 0-60 happens in 4.6sec with a limited 168MPH TopSpeed.
The Convertible is structurally different from the coupe too with a special torsion box, new suspension bracing and v brace to help to improve rigidity. There also is special laser screw welding, relocation of structural braces, and more modifications.

The 4 layers soft top takes 15sec to open up to 31MPH and has a unique mechanism. Inside gets an updated 10.3 infotainment system with CarPlay, Android Auto, Alexa, and more. The Inspiration Series gets a stunning Amalfi White interior too.
