2010 Mercedes-Benz C300 Engine

The 2010 Mercedes-Benz C300 is equipped with an engine power of 3.0-liter V6 that produces a horsepower of 228 and 221 pound-feet torque. The C300 Luxury is equipped with a standard seven-speed automatic transmission while it is optional on the C300 Sport which is equipped with a six-speed manual. The rear-wheel-drive is standard for both and the all-wheel-drive (called 4Matic) is optional.

During its performance testing, the C300 Sport with the automatic went from 0 mph to 60 mph in just 7.3 seconds. The estimated fuel economy is an 18 mpg city run and 26 mpg highway run with a combined 21 mpg for rear-wheel drive. The 4Matic drops the EPA estimates to 18/25/20.
